Harold S. Williams is President of The Rensselaerville Institute, a development institution whose business is organizational and community renewal. He has served as lead consultant to a number of change projects. His clients have included the U.S. Presidential Commission, The Health Innovation Fund of Ontario Province, Canada, and over forty public agencies throughout the U.S. He is also editor of INNOVATING Magazine. Arthur Y. Webb is the Chief Executive Officer of the Village Centers of Care, Village Nursing Home, New York, NY. He was formerly a Research Professor in the Heller Graduate School for Social Policy and The Institute for Health Policy at Brandeis University. He was (and is) also the first Fellow of Innovation of The Rensselaerville Institute and has served as chairman and member of many public commissions and councils. William J. Phillips is Director of the Center for Outcomes at The Rensselaerville Institute. Under his leadership this center has become known both nationally and internationally. It enables organizations, public and private, large and small, to introduce and ado-pt new mindsets and approaches for improving organizational and personal effectiveness.
