About the Author:

Tina Le Marque, aka Tina Coyote, has worked as a professional artist and writer for over forty years. Her iconographic paintings illustrate a synthesis of mythologies, personal archeology, and her inner life. She is the author of Warrior Woman: A Journal of My Life As an Artist. The author is currently working the third volume in this series. She lives in Tucson, Arizona, where she continues to make every single artistic thing that comes into her mind, no matter what, in addition to passing on her practical wisdom, courage, and love of life in her practice as a psychotherapist. She is a respected international writer and speaker on the subjects of addiction and substance abuse recovery, creativity and the inner life, and women's issues.

This book, which updates the author's first autobiographical self-help work, Warrior Woman (Artists & Writers, 1991), is the second in a proposed trilogy. Le Marque, a painter in Santa Fe, aims to chronicle her struggles with life and creativity. The author is a good writer, and many of her journal entries are lyrical.
