The One Remains takes the reader through a powerful 10-week meditation program designed to clear the effects of negative body-mind-emotional memories that block forward movement in our daily lives and on our spiritual paths.
The first section gives an overview of western metaphysical ideas concerning chakras, colors, rays, subtle bodies, and the Great White Brotherhood, interspersed with many examples and personal experiences. This may not be new to some readers, but others will find the background useful in understanding the second part. For all readers, this information lays the groundwork for the body of the book and is interesting in itself for the personal insights the author brings to it.
The second and main section covers the use of the special meditation used with ten different chakras and their colors. These colors radiate from 10 energy-centers of a 13-chakra system, connected to but not identical with, the more commonly known etheric seven-chakra system. Each chapter in this section describes the nature of one energy-center and the specific applications of its color, along with a channeled teaching about the color. Again, this intense information is woven through with examples, personal material, and answers to the many questions that may arise out of the practice. The 13 centers are fully described, but meditations are given only for 10 in this volume, as it was intended to be the first in a series. The plan was later changed, and the rest of the information can be received directly from the author via her e-mail address, in the form of two xeroxed monographs.

"Oreana's book is a road map to other dimensions, a deepening of the avenue of my awareness" - Judy Leadbetter, retired college registrar.
"Advanced metaphysics in a concise, readable form, esoteric knowledge useable in daily life" -- Judy Koontz, book buyer
"A much-needed update to esoteric principles, easy to read, gives life to otherwise complex concepts" - Doug Hampson, Seattle entrepreneur.
Many students who have taken the White Light classes with me, or who have learned the system from the book, say that the practice has launched them into major life changes. When conscientiously followed, this is not an easy practice. It requires discipline and is, like most practices, time-consuming and intense. You probably cannot follow any serious discipline without experiencing major changes at some level of your life. If you need to make changes and have not been able to do so, this may be the answer you have been looking for. On the other hand, if you are not ready to make needed changes, I suggest you go more slowly, stay with the White Light Meditation only, or work with another individual or a group.
