From Library Journal:
For those interested in learning about the opportunities and pitfalls of doing business in Russia and in other independent countries of the former Soviet Union, this new title will disappoint. As an international business manager, Tsigelny would seem to have something to offer, yet his ideas and knowledge of the region in question seem to have been lost in a chaotic presentation of the material and lack of analysis. Hence, the reader is left with unfocused and incoherent pieces of information drawn from news services and government documents. It is to be hoped that the distracting errors in grammar and editing found in the review copy will be corrected in the bound book. Preferable books on the topic include Richard Poe's How To Profit from the Coming Russian Boom ( LJ 7/1/93) and Vladimir Klimt's The Barefoot Shoemaker ( LJ 5/15/93). Not recommended.
