Synopsis
This is the story of a woman's radical spiritual quest, filled with honesty, courage, vulnerability, and power. Pamela Prime describes her journey from a rigid religious mindset to an open-hearted spirituality, through the experience of four major upheavals in her life: the deaths of two children (one to SIDS, one to suicide), her divorce after 23 years of marriage, and her shocked realization of the repression of the feminine. These cataclysmic events propelled her into a searching and fearless spiritual quest, plumbing the depths of her pain. There she discovered a secret so powerful it has helped her become the joyful, contented being she now is. About the Author
Pamela Prime is a teacher, spiritual director and writer. She taught at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA, founded La Casa de la Luz, a spirituality center for women and men, and currently runs a spiritual direction training program. Pamela lives in the sierra foothills of California with her husband where together they run a small retreat center. She enjoys nothing more than being in nature and spending time with her children and grandchildren
