About the Author
I have a B.S. degree from the NYS College of Environmental Science & Forestry and served with the USMC in Vietnam during the war. I have written two books on the Adirondacks & articles for 15 or more magazines including ADIRONDACK LIFE, AMERICAN FORESTS, OUTDOOR LIFE and VIETNAM.
