About the Author

Barbara Siedlecki has been involved in quilting both as a designer and as a teacher for many years. Through her company, Cabin Fever Crafts, she has published over 40 patterns for wall hangings,quilts, tote bags, boxes, and other decorator items as well as two books. She has also designed over 140 patterns for a leading stencil manufacturer. Her notions are innovative and designed to make quilting more accurate and efficient. She is known for her Seminole Patchwork, "Contemporary" Celtic and pieced designs. She has written articles for several magazines including Quilter's Newsletter, Ladies Circle Patchwork Quilts and All-American Quilts and was the Question and Answer columnist for Ladies Circle Patchwork Quilts until the magazine ceased publication. Her teaching credentials include several years at the International Quilt Festival as well as classes in the U.S. and Canada.
