About the Author

Ed McGaa (Eagle Man) was born on the Oglala Sioux reservation and is a registered tribal member. He has danced in six annual Sioux Sun Dances, and has studied with Chief Eagle Feather and Chief Fools Crow. Ed McGaa holds a law degree from the University of South Dakota and is the author of a number of books including Mother Earth Spirituality and Rainbow Tribe. He lives in Edina, MN.
