Joe P. Sutton holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) in special education from The University of Virginia. He is a frequent speaker at local and state conferences and has presented nationally at annual meetings for the Council for Exceptional Children, the Council for Educational Diagnostic Services, the American Educational Research Association, the Association of Teacher Educators, and the National Center for Home Education. Dr. Sutton is a professor of special education and a certified educational diagnostician.
