Guy Baker is Managing Director of BTA Advisory Group, a Newport Beach, California based management consulting firm specializing in the issues and problems facing closely held businesses.
Guy graduated from Claremont McKenna College (BS/Economics-1967) and the University of Southern California (MBA Finance-1968) Guy earned a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) degree in 1972 and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) degree in 1981. He also holds a Master's degree in Financial Services (MSFS) and a Master's degree in Management (MSM). In addition, he is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).
An internationally known speaker and author, Guy wrote "Baker's Dozen: 13 Effective Principles for Financial Success", "Why People Buy", and "Investment Alchemy".
Guy has been married to Colleen since 1967 and they live in San Juan Capistrano, CA. They have four children and seven grandchildren.
