Beverley Patwell, M.A. is President of Patwell Consulting. She is an organizational development practitioner with over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing organizational development and change management solutions for private, public sector and not for profit organizations. Beverley has a Masters Degree in Human Systems Intervention and accreditation as a Human Resources Practitioner (CHRA). She is an associate coach with the Niagara Institute and member of National Training Laboratories Institute (NTL). Beverley is a guest lecturer at the McGill International Executive Institute, Desaultels Faculty of Management. She works internationally and lives in Montreal, Quebec. Edith Whitfield Seashore, M.A. has more than 40 years experience as an executive leader, faculty member, and organization consultant. Edie was President of NTL Institute and co-founder of the American University/NTL Institute Masters Program in OD. Edie is also co-founder of The Lewin Center. She is adjunct faculty at several universities in the US and Canada. She has co-authored What Did You Say? The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback. Edie and her husband Charlie have two daughters, Rebecca and Kimberly, and five grandchildren. She lives in Colombia, MD and Bethel,ME.
