About the Author
For more than a decade, Eric has been preparing teenagers for the real world, and preparing the world for a new generation. His acclaimed presentations have empowered 1.5 million students, parents, educators, and business professionals worldwide. Eric is synonymous with leadership, keynoting as many as 50 large student leadership conferences each year, including the National Association of Student Councils, Key Clubs, DECA, FBLA, FFA, SADD, 4H, etc. He is the founder, co-author, and publisher for the TEEN POWER/LEAD NOW book series, and has written a business book for mangers entitled EMPLOYING GENERATION WHY. Eric and his family live atop Lookout Mountain in Golden, Colorado.

Willie Jolley (born 3 September 1956, Washington, D.C.) is an author, radio host, speaker, singer and media personality. He is best known for his motivational best selling book, It Only Takes A Minute To Change Your Life. In 1999, he was named as one of the outstanding five speakers in the World by Toastmasters International[citation needed] and was also inducted into the 2012 Speaker Hall of Fame by the National Speakers Association. Jolley began his career as a solo vocalist, singing jingles for companies such as Pizza Hut, Oldsmobile, and Black Entertainment Television. His voice was featured in national TV and radio jingles. He went on to become a motivational speaker. Jolley has given motivational talks to multinational corporate houses for corporate training, leadership, motivation, team-building, and personal breakthroughs.
