About the Author
Rolfe Carawan, nationally acclaimed speaker and corporate coach, is the founder and president of LifeMatters International. Known for his engaging style and personal charisma, Rolfe is in great demand as a keynote speaker and seminar leader. His presentations on peak performance, personal effectiveness, inter-generational management and leadership have impacted corporations, non-profit organizations and associations throughout North America. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Rolfe holds a Masters Degree in Counseling. Rolfe and his wife, Lea, reside in Seattle, Washington, with their two children, Drew and Rachel.
