About the Author
Joseph R. Scogna, Jr (1949-1989) was dedicated to understanding life energy and the complex connection between the body, the mind and the spirit. He was interested in all branches of knowledge; he incorporated time-tested Eastern philosophies, Western medicine, and quantum physics, uniting all in the universal language of mathematics. Joe experimented with various devices such as frequency counters and electric meters of all sorts. Perhaps his greatest achievement was his cutting-edge use of infrared to read the bio-energetic field and locate the venting sites of the emotions, such as anger, fear and apathy. Joe was President and sole Founder of Life Energy Foundation, Inc and Life Force, Inc, responsible for literary materials and training courses. He designed hundreds of computer programs in the early 1980s when very few people even knew about computers. He also started Probiotic, Inc to supply his proprietary homeopathic remedies as a complement to his many programs. He taught classes and was a popular lecturer on the holistic circuit, principally in California, Arizona, Colorado and Florida. Joe wrote numerous texts, papers and health evaluations to work with popular modalities, including SAF emotion and symptom awareness, urine/saliva, hair and blood studies, smoking and addictions, and many more. His computer programs include as remedies herbs, flowers, foods, homeopathics, emotional hazards, Chinese medicine, color, and many more.
