A personal set of memories and reflections from Ralph Beer after spending a lifetime writing and working on his family's cattle ranch outside of Helena. About the Author
Ralph Beer and his wife, Maggie, recently sold the Howard Beer Ranch and have gone on to other things. They miss their cows.
Ralph has worked as a ranch hand, swamper, clerk, cannon cocker, logger, heavy equipment operator, battery rat, carpenter, and whiskey taster. He is the author of one novel and numerous essays focused on ranching and the West.
Each copy is signed, dated and numbered by the author.
