About this title

About the Author

Mark Mayberry is a Customer Service expert who has "been there, done that." Mark was President of Fashion Connection, an apparel company that he took from zero to $7 million in sales in less than 5 years! Currently, he is President of The Mayberry Group, an international Customer Service consulting firm. His clients include Marriott, Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, Pizza Hut, Quaker Oats/Gatorade, Delta Air Lines and Verizon Wireless. John Scriven is an English author, scriptwriter, copywriter, multimedia producer, Web content developer, and editor and book designer, with experience in corporate training, communications and event production. After a stint in the advertising industry, and seventeen years in the corporate world of marketing with Exxon, John set out to build a life in which he could be true to his creative talents. In 1986, John formed his own corporate publishing and video production company in London. As well as writing and editing corporate magazines, John wrote scripts and produced videos for some of the UK's largest companies, including Exxon, TGIFriday, Harrods and The Whitbread Beer Company. Many of these programs included songs that John composed. In 1992, he "sold up" and moved to the USA, where he continued to write, produce, and direct corporate videos for all kinds of organizations, as well as working as a freelance copywriter, editor and book designer.
