Marcia Reynolds is a master at visioning and attracting bright new chapters in her life. After turning twenty in jail, she chose freedom and completed her college degree graduating summa cum laude. From there, she earned two masters degrees, moved up the ladder to the top rungs in the corporate world, then left to start her own coaching and leadership training organization, Covisioning. In 1999, she was elected President of the International Coach Federation. She is also active with the National Speakers Association and on the board of Southwest Behavioral Health.
In her role as principle of Covisioning, Marcia provides executive coaching, leadership training, and team weaving workshops. Clients range from individuals to a diverse blend of corporations and organizations including high tech firms, health care corporations, and government agencies. Classes are cross-cultural, delivered in Asia and Europe as well as across the Americas.
As a professional speaker, Marcia presents keynotes and workshops at conferences internationally on the power of presence, emotional intelligence, and the art of coaching.
Marcia has appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers throughout the United States, including Health Magazine, Fortune Magazine, and The New York Times, and she has appeared on radio and television talk show and news programs in the US and Japan.
