On a practical level, this book includes an illustrated guide to Fabien Maman s own form of Qi Gong, the Tao Yin Fa, which works on five levels. Series I ( Movement for Health ) works on the physical level to empower Chi in the 12 acupuncture meridians and their corresponding organs. Series II ( Psycho/Spiritual Movement ) releases emotional/spiritual blockages through the interaction of Chi in the 8 directions. Series III tunes you with the energies of the 8 Master Stars of the 8 directions. Series IV gives back to the Universe from whence we came. And Series V is for initiate students who have achieved total recognition of being in service to the Universe by surrendering one s whole being.

About the Author

Musician/composer, acupuncturist, martial artist and energy researcher Fabien Maman is considered the founding father of vibrational sound therapy (Websters ). After a successful career as a jazz musician, in 1977 Maman became an acupuncturist, linking music with acupuncture. He created the now famous system which uses tuning forks and color lights instead of needles on acupuncture command points.
In the early 80s, Maman conducted his revolutionary sound/cellular biology experiments documenting the impacts of sound on human cells. For the first time under a microscope, Maman proved that acoustic sound can revitalize healthy cells as well as destroy cancer cells.
This became the driving theory behind Maman s work: that blockages in our subtle energy fields can result in physical illness if they are allowed to crystallize, and Sound, Color and Movement® are the most effective tools we can use to dissolve negative energetic patterns.
In 1988 Maman founded Tama-Do, ( The Way of the Soul ), The Academy of Sound, Color and Movement®, offering trainings for the evolution of conscousness using non-invasive vibrational techniques composed of Sound, Color and Movement® and Seasonal Harmonizing Concerts®.
