About the Author:
Judi Morrill received her PhD in Nutrition from the Univ. of Calif at Berkeley, and has worked in several research labs, including those of the National Institutes of Health, the Experimental Nutrition Division of the Agricultural Research Center, and Stanford Medical School. She teaches in the Dept. of Nutrition, Food Science, and Packaging at San Jose State Univ. She co-authored Realities of Nutrition, and Are you Eating Right--Compare your diet to the official recommendations using the nutrient content of 5000+ foods.
