Karen Curnow McCluskey is founder and President of Global Training Associates, a Virginia-based consulting company providing management, diversity, and cross-cultural training services to a variety of corporate, government and academic organizations. Having lived and worked in France, Turkey, Kenya and Austria, Ms. McCluskey has offered international training, human resource consulting, and writing support services for over 13 years. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and French from the Sorbonne/University of Paris (Paris, France) and Houghton College (Houghton, New York) and her MBA in International Management and Marketing from U. S. International University (Nairobi, Kenya). Ms. McCluskey lives with her husband and two daughters in Northern Virginia.
