Numerous NASA photographs show evidence of the existence of water once on mars. Even high school students can follow the exposition without having to grasp the mathematical models. Professor Carl Sagan and other geologists/astronomers have read parts of the manuscript while author taught at Yale University.

Author of 16 text books, over 528 technical papers, and recipient of numerous international and national awards, professor at Yale University, Cambridge University, U.S. Naval Academy, University of Maryland, University of Zurich, Von Karman Institute, Research Institute of Advanced Studies. Principal Scientist at Lockheed Martin, The Boeing Co., consultant to many industries, U.S. government research laboratories such as ONR, NASA, and Naval Coastal System Lab.
