Synopsis

For more than three years James D. Nichols and Robert S. Papovich have researched and investigated the crime of the century. Having close contact with both defense teams, defense investigators and private investigators, and knowing Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols intimately, these first-time authors have presented startling new information and a new perspective about this American tragedy.

Written by Papovich, published by his wife Sandra with financial assistance from friends and family, and previously distributed only from their homes, James Nichols' compelling story should serve as a wake up call for all of us who are just too busy to get involved and would rather let the other guys do something about it.

The story they tell is alarming and very controversial. So controversial that their book Freedom's End was banned from the Gibraltar Trade Shows in Mt. Clemens and Taylor, Michigan. So controversial that no publisher would publish it and no major distributor would distribute it, until now.

The information in Freedom's End has withstood the challenges of Geraldo Rivera, Charles Grodin, Court TV, Hannity & Colmes, Larry King, Phil Donahue, Oliver Buck Revell (former deputy director, FBI) and numerous TV and radio attorneys and judges.

This is a story about a massive assault on a farm in rural American designed to put the Fear of the Fed into the hearts of every American Citizen. It is a story about an innocent farmer being cast into prison even though the FBI admitted they knew from the very beginning that he had done nothing illegal!

This is a story about misery and pain the extent of which is unimaginable to the average person living a normal life. The authors tell about an intricate, well planned conspiracy involving lies, perjury in federal court, witness tampering and elimination, evidence falsification and destruction, and media manipulation resulting in a disinformation campaign which very effectively demonized their targets and kept the truth from the American people.

This is a story about a great American tragedy the result of which was the senseless slaughter of at least 168 innocent citizens in this, the greatest country on Earth. It's a story about the maiming of hundreds more and, without question, the lives of tens of thousands of others will never be the same. Realistically, the lives and the rights of every man, woman and child in America will forever be adversely affected by this one vicious, unconscionable act of violence.

This story is about a cover-up, the likes of which this Nation has not seen since the Kennedy assassination. As a matter of fact, after reading this information for yourself, you may well conclude that the conspiracy and cover-up of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy pales by comparison to the conspiracy and cover-up of the April 19, 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.

From the Author

People write books for many different reasons. Some authors write out of a sense of need or, perhaps, of artistic expression. Others write because they believe they have such an entertaining idea that the idea must be passed along to entertain others. Many write just because that's what they do for a living. We also had our reasons for writing this book. Reasons with which many people, particularly governments agents and investigators, will probably disagree. Some of this information will alarm many of you. Some readers who think their government is incapable of intentional wrongdoing will refuse to believe the words that grace these pages. The truth will be disagreeable to those people because it will not support what they want to believe. But isn't it better to know the truth than to live under a delusion? Isn't it better to know the facts than to be manipulated by lies? We have presented the facts and the evidence so you can decide for yourselves, form your own conclusions about who actually perpetrated this crime and how and why it was carried out. You will determine the motive for this crime and who really benefited from such a seemingly senseless tragedy. If you want the real story from two authors who do not base their information or their opinions on hearsay, the only authors who actually know both of the men accused of and convicted for this crime; if you think you're ready for the rest of the story, then we think you're ready for the truth about the Oklahoma City bombing. We think you're ready to ask some of the same questions we have asked and there are literally hundreds of questions unanswered about the trials and the investigation of the Oklahoma City bombing. Using the information and evidence we have been able to gather from witnesses and investigators, in spite of a concerted effort by the government to hinder all private investigations and to keep evidence from defense attorneys and from scientists in private laboratories, we're certain that we have answered those questions and more. We're certain that we know actually happened at 9:02 a.m., April 19, 1995...Now you will know.

We pray this is not yet Freedom's End. (Robert S. Papovich)

From the Back Cover

For the first time ever, the brother of accused Oklahoma City bomber Terry Nichols discloses startling new information about the April 19, 1995 terrorist attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. James D. Nichols, himself imprisoned for 32 days while authorities tried and failed to find evidence linking him to the bomb plot, launched his own investigation with the help of co-author Robert S. Papovich and has arrived at some extraordinary conclusions about the explosions that destroyed the Murrah Building and killed 168 (some say 169) people on that fateful day. Also included in this first-person autobiographical essay treatment of this subject are special insights into the mind of Timothy J. McVeigh who has already been convicted of murder in connection with the explosions and now sits on death row. FREEDOM'S END is a must-read for all Americans concerned about the future of their nation. Gerald A. Carroll
