About the Author
Gerald Rolf grew up on U S Army posts, attended Texas A&M University, majoring in geological engineering. He worked for major petroleum companies for twenty years before becoming a consultant. His work has given him familiarity with industry facilities nation wide. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist and Past President of the Gulf Coast Association of Geological Societies.The Event is his first book and he is presently working on another book dealing with a possible rerouting of the Mississippi River by destruction of the lock and dam system north of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
