Mr. Hecht graduated from Harvard Law School in 1963, and began the practice of business and tax law in Los Angeles during 1964. During his 25 years as a lawyer he represented several of the major stock brokerage firms and their representatives, as well as claimants, in disputes involving stock options. He also acted for many years as an arbitrator for the NASD, the NYSE, and the AAA in stock option disputes.Review:
