Paula Rutherford is President of ASK, Inc. and the author of Instruction for All Students and Why Didn't I Learn This in College? She has worked in multiple school districts as a general and special education teacher, administrator and staff developer. The design and implementation of supervision and evaluation systems, job embedded learning, induction and teacher leader cadres are areas of interest. Paula works annually with The Association of California School Administrator's Summer Institute at UCLA. Currently she is engaged in long-term multifaceted work with seven school districts in Colorado, Illinois, New York and Virginia and spends much of her time writing as well as designing and field-testing new material and workshops.
