Ken Robertson is Principal of KLR Consulting Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. An expert with over 20 years of information technology and management consulting experience, he designs solutions to help his clients move successfully into the 21st century. He edited and produced Telework International for five years and coauthored Project Management Methodology (1997). Mr. Robertson received the MBA degree (1992) from Simon Fraser University, Burnaby. He holds the Information Systems Professional certification through the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
