Bob Goodman brings much experience to the income stream, having real estate experience spanning more than 38 years. His career began with his uncle Thomas W. Goodman of Virginia who as a builder / developer became his mentor and guide.
Bob's vast real estate career includes his work as the developer and general partner in the development and management of 21 major apartment and office complexes throughout the southeast, with one high-rise building.
He also has put together 15 real estate investment syndications owning and managing apartment complexes, motels and office buildings throughout the southeast. In these endeavors, with Bob as its President and CEO, his company acted as syndicator and general partner.
Bob Goodman has presented hundreds of real estate investment seminars to the public. He was also an instructor of syndications for the National Association of Realtors. He has also served as Executive Vice President of a Real Estate Investment Trust.
He is currently president and CEO of a real estate company as a Coldwell Banker franchisee in a south Texas resort city. In addition, his current company handles real estate sales, resort rentals, property management and real estate investment counseling.
