About the Author
Lynn Fielding, LL.M/CPA, is in his 14th year on the Kennewick, WA. school board, and has held numerous state-level leadership positions. Nancy Kerr, a former teacher, is founder and president of the National Children's Reading Foundation. Paul Rosier, Ed.D, is superintendent of Kennewick School District. His doctoral dissertation focused on initial reading strategies with Navajo students.
