Waxing and waning distinctions, applying or separating variations, and direct motion vs retrograde considerations are explained. About the Author

Robert P. Blaschke, owner of Earthwalk School of Astrology in Portland, is a full-time professional teaching and consulting astrologer. Past-president of both the Oregon Astrological Association and Washington State Astrological Association, and past National Coordinator of the ISAR Professional Astrology Speakers Bureau, he has lectured at regional, national and international astrology conferences in the U.S. and Canada, and has been a requested speaker for several local astrological associations. For years he has taught classes at community colleges, various bookstores and at his own astrology school. His articles have appeared in The Mountain Astrologer, KOSMOS, NCGR memberletter, The Journal of Astro*Psychology, Geocosmic, Astraea Astrology, Réalta and other publications.
