Synopsis

His ensueing experiment with freedom conflicts with the forces of authoritarianism, corruption and elitism. The DECLARATION combines the philosophies of Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Ayn Rand in a quick-paced, thought-provoking package.

About the Author
EVAN F. NAPPEN is Senior Trial Attorney for the law firm of James H. Maynard and Associates, Morristown, New Jersey. He is the author of two previously published books about firearm law. He received his BS and MBA from Monmouth University and his Law Degree from New York Law School. LOUIS P. NAPPEN is an English/Journalism Teacher at Westfield High School, New Jersey. He received his BA and MAT from Monmouth University.
