Callanwolde is the tudor mansion in Atlanta which was built by Ruth Candler Lovett's grandfather. About the Author:

Charles Lovett is the author of seven books on topics ranging from Lewis Carroll to the Olympic marathon. He lives with his wife and daughters in Winston-Salem, NC, where he teaches creative writing and drama.
