About the Author

Dennis Petersen, B.S., M.A. Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley of Southern California, Dennis Petersen has pursued his lifetime interests in nature, history and photography both in school and professionally. After earning his science degree and working as an exhibit preparator in historical museums, he received his M.A. from the State University of New York in museum administration. He spent several years as a museum curator and then had an encounter with God that changed his whole purpose in life. In 1973 he was providentially led to attend a Canadian Bible college where he received three years of concentrated Biblical training. For four years he taught apologetics and Old Testament survey at that Bible Institute, and also developed a college course on science and the Bible. He ministered as a church pastor for five years before the Lord sovereignly led him to begin the Mysteries of Creation seminar ministry in 1984. Through seminars, publications, and media presentations, his keen desire is to realign this generation s thinking to the life-giving Word of God: the Only Key to unlock the ultimate mysteries. Dennis founded the Creation Resource Foundation in El Dorado, California, where he and his lovely wife Viola have raised all four of their delightful children in the home they built in that rural foothill community. He has actively participated as a teaching elder in the local church there and has served many area churches and schools with specialized teachings on creation subjects. His friendly personality expresses the warmth of Christ in a genuine spirit of concern for people everywhere he goes. This could be the one! This could be the book to break through with the message of God s Creation to both average Christians across the U.S. (not to mention overseas!) and even soften the hearts of the general public to the message of creation science as well. This book has the size and feel of a large Time-Life type book. At 240 pages, it is finely bound and full-color throughout. Each two page spread covers one topic in a professional way, yet clearly described for the layperson. This is well illustrated and a fine book for a family to read through together. Unlocking the Mysteries of Creation is not filled with difficult technical terms though it could serve as a catalyst for those who want to first get an overall view of creation theory today and then to study particular areas of interest in detail later. But as if all of this weren't enough the best part is the companion CD. The CD includes the entire digital book and a virtual museum. It is split out into four wings or sections within the full virtual museum. One may peruse the contents of this multi media museum together in a classroom or individually in your own home. In Utah in 1971, a quarry bulldozer uncovered a couple of human skeletons in a rock formation said to be 100 million-year-old sandstone that contained dinosaur bones not far away. Humans and dinosaurs living together? Evolutionists couldn't allow this. The university never analyzed the bones and never released a report to the press.
