About the Author
Ray Considine has coached sales and customer service people in the automotive industry, banking, construction, and utilities. He's called a salesman's salesman; because, in addition to seminars, he also works side-by-side with salespeople as they deal with customers. Considine is a Harvard graduate, a noted key-note speaker, Irish, and gifted storyteller.
