About the Author
In a career that spanned almost three decades, Dr. Arnold Burron taught over ten thousand students. Recently, he served as Director: The Center for Constructive Agreement, which was devoted to bringing liberals and conservatives together to solve problems in the public schools. Dr. Burron is currently a Senior Fellow in Education Policy at the Independence Institute, a non-profit thinktank in Golden, Colorado, a Heritage Foundation Resource Bank Scholar, and a frequent contributor to the dialogue on parents' rights in the public schools, serving as an advocate for Traditionalist Christian parents. He also is a frequent speaker at major conferences of both public and Christian education associations. The author of a number of books on teaching, parents' and teachers' rights, and other, related topics, Dr. Burron and his wife, Kay, are the parents of three adult children, and have eleven grandchildren.
