My greatest challenge right now is just trying to wrap my brain around this big blessing of a new life. Just when I think this has to be as good as it gets, I'm wrong, and it gets even better. Rumor had it, I'd done the Jefferson's thing, and "...moved on up to the eastside to a deluxe apartment in the sky."

They were saying, I'd done well for myself...even got my own dot com. And they always knew I could do it. Funny thing is, no one ever let on.

Really now, who could have known when I was a child, alone in a homeless shelter,that one day the phones would ring off the hook; there would be a demand for my time; keynote speaking opportunities all over the country would overwhelm the calendar, and social events would mount on the desk?
