Not a cookbook, In My Mother’s Kitchen does contain reminiscence recipes to recapture the sights, sounds and even smells that bring back the lesson and the laughter from the past. Developed from Robin Edgar’s successful workshops on The Healing Power of Reminiscence, the self-help book preserves family histories and local culture in addition to guiding the reader to establish rituals for long-term bereavement benefits.
