Synopsis
Make Someone Happy is a psychologist's view of the many ways in which people try to attain happiness in life. In Part I Dr. Wendorf looks at these approaches with an eye to what does and doesn't work. Drawing on over 25 years' experience, he examines the Ways of Wealth, Power, Service, Spirituality, and others, as well as some more psychological strategies such as the Ways of Passivity, Narcissism, and Dependency. Part II looks closely at how to be happy in marriage, since that is what most people strive to accomplish. Dr. Wendorf takes a look at resolving marital disputes, falling in love, sex, and infidelity, providing the reader with specific advice on how to work out marital problems and build a happy relationship.

About the Author
Bob Wendorf, Psy. D. is a Licensed Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years' experience. A graduate of Baylor University and the University Of Illinois, he is now in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama. He is the author of several publications on family therapy and a frequent lecturer on the subject, as well as a guest on local television and radio programs.
Dr. Wendorf and his wife Margaret are the parents of two adolescent sons, Karl and Marc. When time allows, Dr. Wendorf makes himself happy as an avid Bonsai enthusiast and gardener.
