About the Author
James E. "J.B." Brown grew up in the mean streets of inner city Miami, Florida. He currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida, where he is scheduled to graduate from Florida A&M University with a degree in Philosophy and Religion in Dec. 2001.
Upon graduating from high school, J.B. was met with several hundred scholarship offers; most to play football. However, in 1992, God called J.B. into the ministry to spread the spoken word of God, which he has been gifted to share in a unique and powerful way. J.B.'s philosophy is that redemption comes out of sacrifice; therefore, without sacrifice there is no redemption. Minister Brown is the head of the Youth Ministry Department at Ray of Hope United Methodist Church, and is a renowned speaker and motivator of youth and adults.
