"Renewal of Body, Renewal of Spirit" is not just another "how to" book on healing written by a health care provider. It is a warm and supportive guide written by someone who "has been there." It is the result of healing trials and errors and is designed to help you get out of your own way when attempting to build well-being, recover from illness, or assist one you love in the healing process.

The excercises presented in the book are simple and are designed for building strength of mind, body, and spirit. The recipes are delicious, and the poetry warms the heart.

The larger than normal print provides easier reading, and the spiral binding enables you to have confidence that the page will remain open as you exercise or prepare one of the hearty and healthy soup recipes.
