About the Author
The Author, R.J. Conway, has 39 years of hands-on experience in the design and construction industry. With 13 years in construction product manufacturing and 26 years devoted exclusively to the Design Build field. The Author has extensive experience in design, project management and also the Marketing and Sales of construction services for Design Builders. For the past 15 years the Author has had overall management responsibility for the operation of a diversified Design Build firm. Since 1995, the Author has been lecturing and delivering seminars and workshops on Design Build to design professinals, builders and owners, throughout Canada and in the USA, based on his book "The Complete Design Builder".
