About the Author:
Phil Ackland has been in the restaurant service industry for 35 years. He holds a number of patents for safety products related to these systems. He has lectured extensively throughout the US and Canada on the subjects of Installing and Maintaining kitchen exhaust systems and has written 6 books on the subject. He has also acted as a technical advisor to a number of associations and companies.
