"Healing the Hyperactive Brain: Through the New Science of Functional Medicine" is a book that I have written in response to the desperate cries of so many parents who want to help their children without resorting to Ritalin or other worrisome drugs. This book is intended to provide guidance to parents and adult ADHD sufferers, enabling them to become knowledgeable and proactive in the management of this troublesome condition.

An ever-growing number of parents, teachers and healthcare professionals are demanding safer and better answers for this disturbing and potentially destructive condition. "Healing the Hyperactive Brain" was written to address this need.
