About the Author

Ronna Herman is internationally known as a channel for Archangel Michael. She brings Archangel Michael's messages of hope and inspiration to thousands each year. A retired business executive and real estate broker, Ronna provides a common sense approach to metaphysics. She teaches what she knows, having struggled with many of the same lessons others face in their journey to wholeness. Ronna's spiritual search began in the early 70s, and after much intense study and training, she began a second career as a spiritual teacher and counselor.

Ronna is a positive role model for women because of her strong yet warm and nurturing qualities. Men and women alike resonate with her work because of how profoundly it uplifts lives. THE PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION
Yes, we come to you as an angelic messenger of Archangel Michael. Dear ones, we will explain to you the process that is now in progress and also what you should expect to take place in the immediate future. It is important that you all understand and do not become anxious or try to treat these symptoms with artificial means.

First of all, the process of transformation is being accelerated at a tremendous pace in order for you and other Light workers to be able to handle the incoming energies and to clear your bodily vehicles of residual negative energy. The reason for this is that any and all residual imbalance will create discomfort and also prevent you from accomplishing a complete transformation or transmutation. It is as if you are straddling two dimensions, dear ones; actually some of you are experiencing three dimensions at one time. Your physical being is operating in a world of the third dimension, your emotional and mental bodies are trying to adjust to the fourth-dimensional experience and your consciousness or Spirit Self is reaching for the fifth dimension, you see?

The molecular structure of your brain is redefining itself and also certain areas of your brain are being activated. Areas that have been in dormancy for thousands of years and also some critical areas that have not been active for millions of years. So you see, there is a reason for your discomfort, and distress. It is not physical in the sense you think of as physical; in other words, you are not ill or there is no outside influence involved. The process is internal, cosmic and spiritual. When you feel the overwhelming urge to sleep, do so, for this is what is required. Listen carefully to the urgings and feelings of your physical vehicle, for it will speed up the process and make it easier and more comfortable for you.

Eat lightly, drink pure fluids, i.e., filtered water, fruit juices, fresh fruit and vegetables. All this will help to ease your discomfort. Please know and understand that your bodies will no longer be able to assimilate heavy, spicy, rich foods. Your internal and digestive system is being transformed or refining itself to the point that these foods will immediately result in a reaction of one sort or another. Some of you are already experiencing this and are wisely tuning in to the messages your are receiving. Ordinarily, the process you and others are experiencing would happen over a period of several hundred years. Yes, we repeat, several hundred years, so you can see or imagine the shock and disorientation your physical vehicle is experiencing. Some of you are very distressed about the increase of bodily weight. Do not be; this has been necessary for those of you who will be making this monumental leap forward which will and has put a strain on your physical system. Your soul self is striving to bring all your bodily vehicles into balance and harmony as quickly as possible. Just as you have felt mental distress and confusion during your transitional period, now it is time for your physical body to follow. Your auric field is being cleared; you are bringing your mental, emotional and higher bodies into alignment, and just in time. The reports of a time shift and other manifestations are correct.

Your political process is on an emotional roller coaster. Much good will come from this, however. The masses are beginning to come out of their lethargy; they are beginning to question. The military is in the process of a complete mental and ethical overhaul. Your economy is stuck and the old ways of fixing it are not working. The Hierarchy has begun to take control of many areas which heretofore have been considered off limits.

And so, as the energy is increased and you absorb more and more of its transforming, revitalizing rays, you are feeling more and more of its effects. You are wondering when will you see the results; you have been feeling them, but when will the physical manifestation transpire? Soon, dear ones, much sooner that you can imagine. So, do not be concerned with a little dizziness and discomfort. This will soon pass, and you will be awed by what takes its place new awareness, new vision, new spiritual gifts, new knowledge, yes, eventually, even a new body.

You will not be required to experience anything more difficult than you have already experienced. You have completed or accomplished the most difficult parts of your transformation. Enjoy your transformation, enjoy the return to your real identity, the real you. You will be greatly pleased at the completion of this particular phase of your evolution.
