Erica Orloff is an author and book editor. Her works for children have been produced on audiotape, and she is also the author of the The Best Friend's Handbook (pub. date 2002). She lives in Florida with her family and their menagerie of pets, and speaks to schoolchildren regularly about writing and publishing--and the Balloonatiks. Tony DiIoia is the creator of The Balloonatiks and founder of Animagic Entertainment, a ten-year-old cartoon character development company with offices in New York City and Santa Barbara. Tony enjoys the beach near his home in California and being with his family.

The Balloonatiks were created from the imagination of Tony DiIoia, founder of Animagic Entertainment. Animagic is a ten-year-old cartoon character development and licensing company with offices in New York City and Santa Barbara. In his free time, Tony enjoys the beach near his home in California with his four kids (the original members of the Balloonatiks fan club) and Vicki, his wife of seventeen years.Based on Tony's characters, these books are written by Erica Orloff. Erica is a published author and book editor. Her works for children have been produced on audiotape, and she regularly speaks to schoolchildren about publishing and writing. Mother of Alexa, Nicholas, and Isabella, her own children love the antics of the Balloonatiks. She resides in Florida with her family and their menagerie of dogs, rabbits, parrots and other assorted birds.
