About the Author

Byron "Big-Naz" Williams is the Author and Publisher of "Shady Bizzness, whom is also CEO/President of his own entertainment firm (Manage Me Prod., LLC/Big Willz Recordz since 1994). Byron Williams comes from a long background of successful independent business men. Williams has broken all stereo types for Black Males and Bodyguards. Not only was Williams Eminems former Bodyguard, but protected other artist locally in Detroit for concerts. He has protected, Mary J.Bleige, Christopher Williams, Jodeci, Ice Cube, and the Ohio Players just to mention a few.

After Graduating college with a Major in Public Relations in 1992, he formed his first label with a partner. Unfortunately, the label went under and Williams went Solo. Williams continued to do security for artist locally through a licensed company while trying to get his own artist in motion. THE WADSQUAD. Williams found himself wearing several hats of his own company: CEO/Pres., Producer, Artist, Manager, Writer, and Executive Producer. After many failures of trying to attain a major deal for his label, Williams self-vowed to be independent. Williams worked several jobs at once to publish his own hip-hop artist for local and regional recognition. Williams learned the art of street promotion and industry politics quickly. Williams and his group the WADSQUAD would sell product out the trunk of cars, flea markets, clubs, college tours, almost anywhere. Williams has been this game a long time to called a "New Jack".
