Synopsis

Under each food, such as corn, ham, rice, etc. is a list of spices that go with that food followed by recipes to cook using that main ingredient. All this is on the same page. It is practical, user-friendly and arranged according to how we really cook.

About the Author
Linda Murdock, like most of us mere mortals, spends her time juggling between family and work, while trying to come up with new dinner ideas 365 times a year! She became interested in spices after finding that her husband's allergies made using some pre-packaged foods impossible. Although there were plenty of books on spices, none were arranged the way she and many others cook. This is her answer to that missing link to other cookbooks.
