Anne has been the recipient of many awards and blue ribbons for her artistic and scientific displays, and is a well known and qualified Shell Show Judge of both the Artistic and Scientific categories. She has been the General, Artistic, and Scientific chairperson for many years at the Sanibel-Captiva Shell Show, the largest shell event in the nation held annually the first weekend of March. For the past 15 years, she has been writing a weekly shellcraft column for a local publication, as well as several articles for published Shell Guides.
