About the Author
Debra Heiberger has a MA degree in Education with a clinical reading option. Her California teaching credentials include Biology, Physical Education, Multiple Subjects, and Reading and Language Arts Specialists. She has developed successful reading programs for adults, high school students, and elementary children. She provides inservices to schools and leads classes for teachers on the neurophysiological aspects of learning.
Margot Heiniger-White is an occupational therapist with a MA in Special Education. She has written several other books including Kids Learn from the Inside Out and the Integrated Motor Activities Screening. She has more than 30 years experience working with children with developmental/neurological disorders, hyperactivity, and learning disabilities.
