About the Author

After receiving his BA in English/Lit and master's degree in education, Larry moved from Oregon to Alaska to teach and coach. He and Pam raised three children while participating in Alaska's bounty-hunting, fishing, trapping and church related activities. They built their own home on one acre on the lower hillside in Anchorage. Larry acquired his pilot's license then built a Super Cub airplane. He has completed 11 books-4 bear, 2 survival, 1 aviation, 1 coloring-activity, 2 novels and an Alaska terminology booklet-and us finalizing 3 others.
