Doc Cantrell, the President of Hale University, is a malevolent man who takes intense pleasure from manipulating people. A lot of people hate Doc. Most of them would be happy to see him dead. Daisy, Kelley, Carmella, and Jeri, a group of faculty women at the college each has her own reason for wanting him gone. The group enters into a conspiracy to rid the world of this evil person. Basically moral, non-violent women, they nonetheless hatch a plot that will ensure that no one will know which one of them actually committed the act. When Doc turns up quite dead in Kelley’s den, no one asks the question: Who killed Doc?
